Sweet - Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    3/4 c. bread crumbs or oats
    1 egg, beaten
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3/4 c. catsup
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine ground chuck, bread crumbs or oats, egg, onion, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Place in a single or double layer in baking pan.
    Set aside.
    In another bowl, combine tomato sauce, catsup and sugar.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve over noodles or in a chafing dish as an appetizer.
