Rican Rice And Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pinto beans
3 large onions
2 large bell peppers
2 large tomatoes
1 large chunk ham for taste
4 cloves garlic
1 small can tomato paste
Preparation

Cook beans without salt or grease.
Chop onions, peppers, tomatoes and garlic.
Then saute in bacon grease for about 20 minutes.
Add ham, tomato paste and sauteed ingredients to beans and cook for 1 hour.
Serve over rice.
Serves 8.
