Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 green peppers
dash of vegetable oil
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
a few good shakes pepper (black)
8 oz. can Hunt's tomato sauce
1/2 to 3/4 c. cooked rice
dash of Worcestershire sauce
shake of dry mustard
Preparation

Brown meat in oil in frying pan.
Add chopped vegetables, salt and pepper and stir-fry for another 5 minutes or so.
Mix in 3/4 can of tomato sauce, reserving 1/4 can for topping.
Add enough water to keep from sticking.
Cover and cook over low heat 1/2 hour, stirring frequently.
