Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. water
    1 (0.6 oz.) envelope Italian salad dressing powder (dry)
    1 1/2 c. Bran Chex cereal
    1 tsp. Morton Nature's Seasons seasoning blend
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1 slice process American cheese, cut in strips (6)
Preparation
    In large bowl combine egg, water, salad dressing mix and seasoning blend.
    Stir in Chex to moisten.
    Let stand 5 minutes. Stir to break up Chex.
    Add ground beef and celery.
    Mix well. Shape into loaf in shallow pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 70 minutes. Top with cheese strips 5 minutes before end of baking.
    Makes about 6 servings.
