Sunday Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    2 slices bread, crumbled
    1 c. grated cheese
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Fry sausage and drain.
    Place bread crumbs into 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Layer half sausage, half cheese; repeat.
    Beat eggs, milk and seasonings.
    Pour over sausage and cheese mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until brown.
    Makes 6 servings.
