Little Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box vanilla wafer cookies
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
3/4 c. white sugar
2 large eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can pie filling (strawberry or blueberry)
Preparation

Put paper liners in cupcake pans and place a wafer/cookie in bottom of each liner.
Beat remaining ingredients until light and fluffy.
Pour in cupcake pans, filling each about 2/3 full.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
As soon as removed from oven, put one tablespoon of canned pie filling on top of each tart.
Makes about 24.
Store covered in fridge.
