Barbecue Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 can biscuits
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain off grease.
    Stir in barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar.
    Grease a muffin pan with shortening and press a biscuit into each cup of muffin pan.
    Spoon beef mixture into cups and sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0 and bake 10 to 12 minutes or until brown.
