Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. cheese
Preparation
    Cook butter and flour together on low heat, about 10 minutes. Add salt, milk and cheese.
    Stir continuously and keep on low heat until cheese melts.
    Pour over macaroni, broccoli or anything you want to serve with cheese sauce.
