Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. buttermilk
2/3 c. Wesson oil
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (No. 2 size) can cream-style corn
1/4 to 1/2 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in order given.
Pour into a greased baking pan (11 x 7 x 2-inch).
Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
