Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 to 25 c. cut cabbage
    3 Tbsp. salt
    3 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix together cabbage and salt; let stand 1 hour.
    Drain water and lift cabbage out.
    Boil together rest of ingredients.
    Pour over cabbage while hot and let cool.
    Put in bags and freeze.
