Lasagna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    28 oz. can tomatoes, chopped
    15 1/2 oz. can tomato sauce
    2 c. water
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese slices
    8 oz. lasagna noodles
Preparation
    In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook onion and green pepper in margarine.
    Add ground chuck and cook until it loses its red color; drain.
    Add sugar, salt and black pepper.
    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
