Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    29 oz. can pumpkin
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. evaporated milk
    1 3/4 c. milk
    3 frozen pie shells or 2 deep-dish frozen pie shells
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Pour into pie shells; cover crust with foil to prevent burning of crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 45 minutes.
    Will make 3 regular size pies or 2 deep-dish pies.
