Shoo-Fly Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Karo
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 box dark brown sugar
    3/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan or approximately 28 cupcakes.
    Put 1 tablespoon baking soda in 2 1/2 cups boiling water. In a large bowl, put flour, salt, brown sugar and oil. Crumb.
    Set aside 1 cup for top.
    Mix everything together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
