Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. zucchini (cut into 1-inch cubes)
    1 onion, chopped
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onion in a small amount of oil until half cooked.
    Melt margarine and mix with stuffing mix.
    Mix sour cream and soup together.
    Add zucchini and onion.
    Layer casserole with 1/2 of stuffing mix.
    Place other ingredients on top.
    Top with other 1/2 of stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
