Vanilla Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2/3 c. heavy cream
1 c. milk
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar, cream, milk, syrup and salt.
Cook slowly, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
Boil slowly, stirring occasionally, to 234\u00b0 or the soft ball stage.
Remove from heat. Cool to lukewarm.
Add vanilla and beat until thick.
Pour into a butter dish to cool before cutting into squares.
Makes 1 1/8 pounds.
