Chicken-Cheese Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large chicken breasts, boned and split
    8 oz. cream cheese with chives, divided
    1 1/2 tsp. parsley (mix with cream cheese)
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, divided
    bacon strips
    6 to 8 boned and skinned chicken breasts (chicken will shrink in baking so judge accordingly)
    3 tsp. lemon juice
    3 tsp. Dijon-type mustard
    1 tsp. dill or (for a lighter flavor) tarragon
    1 stick butter or butter substitute
Preparation
    In shallow pan, melt butter in 350\u00b0 oven.
    While butter is melting, mix lemon juice, mustard and dill.
    When butter is melted, remove pan from oven.
