Steamed Carrot Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. suet, chopped fine
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. white sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. fruit peel
    1 c. raisins, chopped
    1 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well.
    Grease mold and fill 2/3 full.
    Cover with waxed paper.
    Steam 1 1/2 hours in boiling water.
