Festive Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) can lump crabmeat, drained
1 c. fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 c. nonfat sour cream (alternative)
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. diced pimiento, drained
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; cover and chill.
Serve with assorted fresh vegetables.
Yield: 2 cups.
Contains 35 calories (10% from fat) per tablespoon of dip and 1/2 cup vegetables.
