"Crepes" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cold milk
3 eggs
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

In bowl, combine flour, eggs, 1/2 milk, melted butter, salt and sugar; mix well with a whisk.
The batter should be very thick.
Work it until it is very smooth, then add the other 1/2 cup milk, cold water and oil.
Stir well.
