Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs
2 pie shells
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shells.
Bake for 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Lower temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake about 35 minutes or until custard is firm.
