Nanaimo Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. unsweetened coconut (dried)
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
    Add sugar, cocoa, vanilla and egg.
    Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in coconut, graham cracker crumbs and nuts.
    Pat mixture into a buttered 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 baking pan.
    Refrigerate for 1 hour.
