Baked Spaghetti Dinner(Makes 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. spaghetti
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    2/3 c. nonfat dry milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
    In skillet, brown beef in butter, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat; add 1/4 cup flour, nonfat dry milk, salt, pepper and half of soup mix.
    Blend water in gradually.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Combine remaining soup mix with 1 tablespoon flour, then blend with sour cream.
    Fold into cooked spaghetti; place into 2-quart buttered casserole, pushing up on sides to form a well in center.
    Pour meat mixture in center.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake for 25 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven or until bread crumbs are brown.
