Okra And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 onions, chopped
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    2 c. peeled chopped tomatoes
    2 c. sliced young okra
    1 bay leaf
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large saucepan.
    Add onions and celery. Saute until vegetables are soft.
    Add okra, tomatoes and bay leaf. Simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Remove bay leaf before serving.
