Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

potatoes
butter
milk
salt
pepper
Cheddar cheese (optional)
almond slices (optional)
Preparation

Bake potatoes until soft.
Remove from oven.
Cut in half and remove potatoes from shell.
In mixing bowl, mix while still hot the butter, milk, salt and pepper until smooth.
Spoon the mixture back into the shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 20 minutes. (Potatoes can be topped with Cheddar cheese and/or almond slices, if desired.)
Can be prepared in advance.
