Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self rising corn meal
    3 eggs
    1 can cream style corn
    2/3 c. salad oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 or 2 chopped jalapeno peppers
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 sm onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal, eggs, corn, peppers, oil, buttermilk, onions and cheese.
    Pour into greased pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30-35 minutes our until brown on top.
