Zesty, Spicy Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut brisket
    2 medium onions
    1 small jar marinara sauce
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. paprika
    4 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    2 bay leaves
    3 cans small white potatoes
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, sear each side of brisket.
    Add 1/2 diced onion,
    pepper,
    paprika, oregano and salt.
    Drain potatoes and add to pot, marinara sauce, water and bay leaves.
    Simmer 2 1/2 hours.
    Refrigerate
    overnight,
    then
    slice
    meat
    when
    cold. Reheat slices and potatoes in sauce and serve.
