Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 9-inch pie shell
    6 slices center cut bacon
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can drained, diced green chilies (4 oz. size)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    2 c. half and half
Preparation
    Prepare the pastry in
    a
    9-inch
    deep pie plate.
    Cook the bacon and onion in a skillet until the onion is tender and the bacon is done.
    Drain the bacon and cut into small pieces. Sprinkle the bacon and the\tonion
    into the pastry shell.
    Top with the green chilies
    and
    cheese.
    Combine the beaten eggs, flour, red pepper, salt and
    half
    and
    half.
    Mix well.
    Pour into pastry shell.\tBake at 375\u00b0
    for 40 minutes or until set. Enjoy!
