Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 envelopes gelatin
    1/2 c. scalded milk
    1 c. (6 oz.) chocolate chips
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. ice covered with milk
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Put 1/2 cup water in blender.
    Place gelatin carefully on top of water away from sides of blender.
    Add 1/2 cup scalded milk and blend on \"high\" for 40 seconds.
    Add chocolate chips and blend 30 seconds.
    Add sugar and vanilla; blend 30 seconds.
    Add milk covered ice and blend until dissolved.
    While the blender is on, add egg yolks and whipping cream.
    Blend another 10 seconds.
    Pour into mold or serving dishes and refrigerate until set.
