Peach Cheese Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
    2 c. hot water
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. softened butter or margarine
    1 c. whipped cream
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Drain peaches and pineapple, reserving juices.
    Combine juices and water, if necessary, to make 2 cups of liquid.
    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
    Add 1 cup fruit juice; stir well.
    Chill until slightly thickened.
    Fold in fruit and pecans.
    Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Refrigerate until firm.
