Sauerkraut And Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. Lawry's salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    6 pork chops
    4 lb. sauerkraut (4 cans)
Preparation
    Place sauerkraut in a large casserole.
    Add 2 cups of water. Sprinkle in sugar, salt and pepper.
    Stir well.
    Add chopped pepper and sliced onion.
    Place pork chops on top (seasoned to taste).
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven with a cover until pork chops are tender.
