Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornmeal
2 Tbsp. flour
5 egg yolks
1 c. milk
1/2 ??? butter, creamed
Preparation

Mix together sugar, cornmeal and flour.
Beat egg yolks with milk.
Add creamed butter into sugar and milk mixture, beating well.
Pour in unbaked pie shell.
Bake for 10 minutes at 425\u00b0. Reduce heat to 315\u00b0.
Bake for another 30 minutes or until set.
