Unrolled Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    1 medium onion, browned
    cabbage, sliced thin
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. long grain rice
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Layer in casserole:
    thin sliced cabbage, 1/2 ground beef/onion mixture, 1/2 can tomato soup, 2 or 3 handfuls long grain rice and salt and pepper to taste.
    Repeat layers.
    Add 1 soup can of water. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or all day in a crock-pot.
