Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
2 (30 oz.) boxes apricot or peach Jell-O
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
Preparation

Heat pineapple until bubbly. Add Jell-O and sugar.
Dissolve. Cool. Add buttermilk. Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour into a 9 x 9-inch pan. Refrigerate.
