Oat-Tofu Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. oats, finely cut
    1 c. walnuts or pecans, ground
    1 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 lb. tofu
    1/4 c. vital gluten
    1 Tbsp. rounded Vegex or Savorex
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. Italian herbs or other herbs of your choice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and form into 8 large patties. Brown slowly on both sides, allowing patties to cook well in a nonstick pan which has been prepared by rubbing a few drops of olive oil over the cooking surface.
    Serves 3.
