Death By Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 layer) chocolate cake mix
    1/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 eggs
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. Nestle semi-sweet chips
    1 (12 oz.) jar chocolate fudge topping
    8 oz. or more Cool Whip
    nuts (optional)
    chocolate \"shavings\" (optional)
Preparation
    Combine cake mix, oil, water and eggs.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread chips over batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Let cool for 10 minutes.
