Country Style Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak, tenderized
salt and pepper
flour (to dredge meat in)
3 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. flour
1 c. water
1 tsp. onion flakes
Preparation

Dredge steak in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
After it is browned on both sides, remove from pan and add 1 tablespoon flour to the drippings in pan.
Slowly stir in water to form a gravy.
Add onion flakes.
Return the meat to the skillet and cover.
Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 6.
