Piggie Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 (18 oz.) pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 (13 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt caramels in 1/3 cup evaporated milk; set aside.
    Mix cake mix and 1 1/3 cups evaporated milk, stirring until it holds together.
    Put half the cake mixture in bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake for about 6 minutes at 350\u00b0.
