Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. carrots
Preparation
    Cream oil, sugar and eggs.
    Mix dry ingredients together. Blend into sugar mixture.
    Fold in carrots.
    Bake 1 hour in a greased 13 x 8-inch pan at 300\u00b0.
