Raisin Sauce For Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1/4 tsp. lemon peel
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar, mustard and cornstarch over low heat.
    Slowly stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Makes 2 cups sauce.
