Tabouli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chickpeas, cooked
    1 c. bulgur wheat
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. hot water
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    2 c. finely chopped fresh parsley
    1 c. chopped cucumber
    1/2 c. sliced green onion
    4 Tbsp. tomatoes, chopped
    1 small clove minced garlic
Preparation
    Combine bulgur wheat, hot water and salt together; let stand for 1/2 hour.
    Cook until tender and let cool.
    Mix all other ingredients in with bulgur mixture.
    Chill for about 3 hours.
