Tonya'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (about 2 c.)
    1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand low-fat sweetened condensed milk
    4 egg whites
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients except pastry shell; mix well.
    Pour into pastry shell and bake 15 minutes.
    Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 35 to 40 minutes longer or until toothpick is inserted and it comes out clean.
    Cool and garnish with Cool Whip.
    They'll ask for another piece!
