Plain Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. unpeeled rhubarb, cut into small pieces
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Beat egg; add sugar, flour and rhubarb.
    Spread over lower crust of 9-inch pie crust.
    Dot with butter.
    Put on top crust and bake in a 450\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for about another 25 or 30 minutes.
