Baked Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. parsley
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 pkg. noodles
1 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
2/3 c. shredded Mozzarella
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Cook noodles and drain.
Brown meat, onion, parsley, oregano, salt, basil and pepper.
Add tomato sauce and simmer 10 minutes.
Spoon small amount of meat sauce to pan bottom of 2-quart oblong baking dish.
Layer noodle, cheeses and sauce.
Bake 30 minutes until bubbly.
Yields 8 servings.
