Cheesy Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pan dressed catfish or 2 lb. small fillets
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine cheese, flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a bowl. Mix egg and milk.
    Dip fish in egg mixture and then in cheese mixture to coat well.
    Place aluminum foil in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish and place fish on foil.
    Pour margarine over fish and bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
