Pork Chops And Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

4 to 6 pork chops
3 medium size Irish potatoes
flour
salt
pepper
margarine
milk
Preparation

Brown chops in skillet.
While the chops brown, peel potatoes. In a 8-inch square dish, slice potatoes thin and place single layer in dish.
Sprinkle flour over potatoes, salt and pepper. Make at least two layers of potatoes, three is better.
Pour enough milk to just cover potatoes.
Dot several pieces of margarine on top.
Place chops on top of all.
Cover with foil tightly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
