Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground beef
    2 cans whole tomatoes
    2 onions, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    6 to 8 green peppers
    2 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1 qt. tomato juice
    pepper tops, chopped and cooked
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, whole tomatoes, juice, chopped onions, chopped pepper tops, salt, pepper, garlic salt and onion salt. Add Minute rice; stuff peppers with mixture. Cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
    Can use sausage.
