Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. green beans
    1/3 c. mayo
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    3 small tomatoes
    1 small red onion
Preparation
    Early in the day in 12-inch skillet over high heat in 1/2-inch of boiling water, heat green beans to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until beans are tender.
