Mother'S Pear Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 heaping Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. flour
    sliced fresh pears
    sour cream (enough to moisten sugar and flour)
Preparation
    Slice fresh peaches into unbaked pie shell.
    Mix flour, sugar and cream.
    Pour over pears.
    Sprinkle with lemon peel, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Bake 60 minutes at 375\u00b0.
