Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c converted rice (not instant)
    3 c beef broth
    1/4 c vegetable oil
    1/2 t salt
Preparation
    Heat oil in a medium saucepan.
    Add rice and stir until browned.
    Add broth and salt.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook covered for 20 minutes.
    Rice will be fluffy and liquid should be completely absorbed.
