Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, cooked in chunks (not too soft)
    1 large onion, sliced thin
    1 large green pepper, diced
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    3/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix together last 5 ingredients.
    Pour mixture over vegetables and marinate in refrigerator.
    Keeps for weeks!
